Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 01/01/2024
Last Updated: 09/02/2026
Welcome to Find Prescription Relief ("FPR," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of findprescriptionrelief.com, our prescription assistance support services, patient communications, enrollment services, and any related offerings (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing our website or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of our website and Services.
1. Eligibility to Use Our Services
You may use our website and Services only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law. By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or are using the Services with the involvement of a parent, legal guardian, or other legally authorized representative.
2. Description of FPR Services
Find Prescription Relief provides administrative assistance to individuals seeking access to prescription assistance programs and other medication affordability resources.
Depending on the patient's circumstances and medications, our Services may include reviewing information provided by the patient, identifying potentially applicable assistance programs, preparing enrollment materials, coordinating required documentation, assisting with submission, communicating regarding enrollment status, and providing ongoing support related to fulfillment, refills, and renewals.
Find Prescription Relief is not a pharmacy, health insurance company, pharmaceutical manufacturer, patient assistance program, healthcare provider, or government agency.
FPR does not prescribe medications, diagnose medical conditions, provide medical treatment, or provide medical advice. Questions regarding your medical condition, medication, dosage, treatment, or prescription should be directed to a licensed healthcare professional.
3. Independent Patient Assistance Programs
Many prescription assistance programs are operated independently by pharmaceutical manufacturers, charitable organizations, foundations, or other third parties. FPR does not control the eligibility requirements, medication availability, approval decisions, fulfillment procedures, or continued operation of those programs.
Program requirements may change at any time. Eligibility for one program does not guarantee eligibility for another, and FPR cannot guarantee that any patient will be approved, remain enrolled, receive a particular medication, or receive medication within a specific period of time.
4. User Responsibilities
When using our website or Services, you agree to:
- Provide complete, accurate, and current information.
- Promptly notify FPR if information relevant to your enrollment changes, including insurance coverage, income, household information, address, prescribing provider, medication, or contact information.
- Provide documents reasonably required to evaluate or process an enrollment.
- Not impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority to act on behalf of another individual.
- Use our website and Services only for lawful purposes.
- Refrain from unauthorized access, interference, tampering, automated scraping, or misuse of our website, systems, accounts, or data.
5. Patient Information and Documentation
Certain assistance programs may require information or supporting documentation regarding identity, residency, household income, insurance status, prescriptions, prescribing providers, or other eligibility factors.
You are responsible for ensuring that information and documents submitted to FPR are accurate and that you are authorized to provide them. Providing incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or fraudulent information may delay or prevent enrollment.
6. Fees and Payment
FPR charges fees for its administrative and ongoing prescription assistance support services. Current pricing is disclosed before purchase and may vary depending on the level of service selected.
Unless otherwise specifically stated at the time of enrollment, FPR service plans may include a one-time enrollment fee and an ongoing monthly service fee.
FPR's service fees are separate from any cost associated with medications, healthcare providers, pharmacies, insurers, manufacturers, or third-party assistance programs.
Payment transactions may be processed by third-party payment processors. By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use that payment method and authorize applicable charges associated with the Services you select.
7. Recurring Services and Cancellation
If you enroll in a recurring FPR service plan, applicable monthly service fees may continue until the service is cancelled in accordance with the terms presented at enrollment.
You may contact FPR if you wish to cancel ongoing service. Cancellation stops future service charges after the cancellation becomes effective but does not automatically reverse charges for Services already provided or work already performed.
8. Refund Policy
Because FPR begins administrative work after enrollment, including eligibility review, case preparation, document processing, and enrollment coordination, fees may become non-refundable after Services have been initiated.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or have a billing concern, please contact us at support@findprescriptionrelief.com so the matter can be reviewed.
9. Communications Consent
By providing your telephone number or email address, you authorize FPR to send communications reasonably related to your inquiry, account, enrollment, requested Services, documentation, payment status, enrollment status, fulfillment, refill, renewal, and customer service needs.
Communications may include:
- Transactional communications: Account notices, documentation requests, enrollment updates, payment notices, refill or renewal reminders, and other service-related communications.
- Marketing communications: Promotional or marketing communications where you have separately provided any consent required by applicable law.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing FPR Services.
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You may reply HELP for assistance. Email recipients may use the unsubscribe option included in applicable marketing emails.
10. Electronic Communications
You consent to receiving notices, disclosures, agreements, and other communications electronically when permitted by law. Electronic communications may be delivered by email, text message, patient portal, website notification, or other electronic means you provide or authorize.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content of the FPR website, including our branding, logos, graphics, text, layouts, educational materials, software, and other original content, is owned by or licensed to Find Prescription Relief and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from our proprietary content without prior written permission from FPR, except as otherwise permitted by law.
12. Third-Party Services and Websites
Our Services may involve or reference third-party organizations, websites, healthcare providers, pharmacies, manufacturers, payment processors, or other service providers.
FPR is not responsible for the content, availability, security, terms, privacy practices, decisions, or actions of independent third parties. Links or references to third parties do not necessarily constitute an endorsement by FPR.
13. No Guarantee of Program Approval or Medication
FPR assists patients with navigating prescription assistance opportunities, but final eligibility and enrollment decisions are made by the applicable third-party program.
FPR does not guarantee approval, continued eligibility, medication availability, medication shipment, refill approval, renewal approval, delivery dates, or the amount a patient may ultimately pay for a prescription.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our website and Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
FPR does not warrant that the website or Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or that third-party program information will remain unchanged.
While FPR works to maintain accurate and current information, assistance program requirements, eligibility rules, medication availability, and third-party procedures may change without notice.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Find Prescription Relief and its owners, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the website or Services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
16. Privacy
Your use of our website and Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy for information regarding how FPR collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our Services, business practices, technology, or applicable requirements.
When these Terms are updated, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. To the extent permitted by law, disputes relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Florida.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unenforceable, or unlawful, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect to the extent permitted by law.
